Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, breathing, and meditation to cultivate vital energy called Qi, for health and well-being. Through flowing, mindful movements Qigong enhances flexibility, balance, and inner calm. Tai Chi is a martial art with its original roots in Qigong. Come experience a class and feel renewed.

Qigong Classes

Barb conducts two classes each week.

Bozeman (Pilgrim Congregational Church: 2118 S 3rd Ave, Bozeman, MT 59715): every Wednesday from Noon to 1:00. (suggested donation $5.00-$10.00).

Belgrade (Belgrade Public Library): every Friday from Noon to 1:00. (free)
